Dear Parents/Carers,
From September, we will have a new School Uniform policy. This policy will be approved by our Governing Board on July 14th 2021. On July 15th, the official policy will be sent to our parent community, ensuring seven weeks are given to purchase any items required for the new academic year.
The School's staff have been consulted on the proposed policy and feedback has been given with adjustments made where appropriate.
We are now hoping for feedback from our parent and pupil community. If you wish to view the proposed policy, please email: feedback@coopersaletheydongarnon.essex.sch.uk with the added subject line title: School Uniform policy. A copy will be emailed to you and we ask for any feedback comments to be returned by 4pm this Friday 2nd July. Please note that any feedback given via the email address above, will not be replied to. Instead, parent/pupil feedback given will be shared anonymously, by School leaders, to our Governing Board at the time of their policy consultation/approval meeting.
Our School uniform provider, Create Identitee have been informed that all items on their item list, other than the white P.E shirt, will continue to be part of our new policy. Therefore, they will continue to be able to sell our School items and from July 15th, they will have on sale all approved new items too.
For those who do read the proposed policy, DO NOT PURCHASE from the draft list, until we know what items the Governing Board have approved.
