Dear Parents and Carers,

We hope that everyone had a wonderful summer break and look forward to seeing you back at school on Monday 5^th September.

Drop-off and Pick-up time

All children are to be dropped off at the usual Hall side-door entrance. Soft start is from 8.40am to 8.50am. Any children arriving at school after 8.50am will be marked as late and will need to enter the school via the front office.

Soft finish to the school day takes place from 3.05pm to 3.15pm. You must have collected your child by 3.15pm from the following area:

Year 1 – Side Hall door

Year 2 – Double doors adjacent to the School field

Year 3 – Ramp adjacent to the main playground

Year 4 – class door adjacent to the main playground

Year 5 – class ramp (relocatable building)

Year 6 – Hornbeam class will come out from their building using the undercover entrance point

Year 6 – Oak class will exit from their side classroom door

P.E Days

Children will continue to wear their school P.E kit on the days (twice weekly) they have P.E sessions.

No class will be having P.E on our first day back. However, Years 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 will start P.E from Tuesday this week (see days below) and Year 3 will begin next week (again see days below).

P.E days for this half-term are:

Year 1 – Tuesdays and Fridays

Year 2 – Mondays and Wednesdays

Year 3 – Mondays and Thursdays

Year 4 – Wednesdays and Thursdays

Year 5 – Mondays and Fridays

Year 6 Hornbeam – Thursdays and Fridays

Year 6 Oak – Mondays and Tuesdays

Shine Clubs (our breakfast and after-school club childcare provider)

Shine Clubs reopens from our first day back to school, Monday 5^th September.
