Reception Language Assessment Programme

Dear Reception Parents/Carers,

As part of our Reception Baseline Assessments, we are carrying out a language screening assessment with every child in reception. This assessment will then be used to understand who may benefit the most from having vocabulary and language-based interventions in class. The assessment which we will be using is called LanguageScreen and is a short, device-based program.

To implement the assessment, we need to upload information about our reception pupils to LanguageScreen, whose data privacy statement, detailing how data is collected and used, can be accessed via the link below:
