Dear Families,
As part of our continued support for the wonderful work that Epping Forest Foodbank is doing, we are asking for Easter Egg donations to pass their way.
A message from the Foodbank: Easter Eggs, from big to small are all welcomed in any way, shape, or form! We love seeing the thought behind every donation, especially those with notes on donations. We estimate to require a whopping 900 Easter Eggs to ensure that every child can have an Egg, lifting a huge relief for parents, carers and guardians across the district that are needing to use the foodbank service, giving children a huge smile and of course something to tell their friends.
The school has a drop off time scheduled to deliver Easter Eggs donated to the Foodbank. This will take place on 13th March. We are therefore asking if any Easter Eggs can be dropped off to the school on either Monday 11th or Tuesday 12th March. Closer to the time a reminder will be sent out - but we hope this extra time gives you the chance to arrange a donation to be made.
We ask that donations are not given to us any earlier as we do not have a lot of spare room at school to safely store what is hopefully a lot of chocolate eggs.
