Dear Parents,

Tomorrow (Friday), your child will be handed a letter with all the staff-led clubs available for this term. Therefore, do make sure when they get home, you ask to see the letter and have it ready to return on Monday morning and no earlier. Club spaces go fast so we advise slips are given in on Monday.

To ensure all families have a chance to discuss club options with their children, we will not accept any return slips on Friday after school. We also will not be accepting emailed requests over the weekend. 

Staff clubs will take place on Monday and Wednesday, starting the week commencing 23rd September. In addition to these clubs, we have external club providers hosting clubs before/after school. A reminder of these clubs are below:

• Dance Club - available to all children (Years 1 to Year 6), taking place every Tuesday after school. (See Jotter for details already shared)
• Musical Theatre Club – available to all children (Years 1 to Year 6), taking place every Thursday after school. (See Jotter for details already shared)
• Cheerleading Club – available to all children (Years 1 to 6), taking place every Friday after school. (See Jotter for details already shared)
• Mr Bromley’s Morning Football Club – available to Years 3 & 4, taking place every Monday before school. (Hard copy letter has already been sent out)
• Mr Bromley’s Morning Football Club – available to Years 5 & 6, taking place every Thursday before school. (Hard copy letter has already been sent out)

We hope this advanced information gives you the details needed to have club letters returned on Monday directly to the front office. Following returns, as usual, the office will return to you a confirmation of any club(s) your child has been successful in gaining a space in.

Finally, at times our teachers do forget to hand letters out on the day. If this does happen on Friday, we will also send the letter out on Friday afternoon via the School Jotter app.
