Dear Parents/Carers,
A reminder that school finishes today at 1.15pm and children must be collected promptly.
See below for the location of parent consultations for each year group (note, teachers will come to your class waiting area when they are ready for you):
Reception class and Year 3 (3L class) - The waiting area is at the end of the main corridor, just before you reach the ramp exit. Meetings will be held in the classroom.
Year 1 - waiting area in the classroom. Meetings will take place in the small room adjacent to the classroom.
Year 2 - waiting area in the adjacent corridor to the classroom (fiction library zone).
Year 3 - Class 3M - waiting area will be in the classroom, the teacher will be holding meetings in the adjacent 'teachers study room'.
Year 4 - waiting area inside the Year 4 building (coat area). Meetings taking place in the classroom.
Year 5 and Year 6 - waiting area inside the 5/6 building. Meetings taking place in the classrooms.
Your child's books will be available in the waiting area - feel free to look at them before/after your meeting.
A final reminder...Meetings must not go past 10 minutes in duration - the class teacher will have to end any meeting if it goes over the time.
