Dear Year 5 and 6 Parents/Carers,
Here are the final reminders for the Tower of London Trip on Friday 3rd October (tomorrow). Your child should be dropped off at Epping Station between 9:15am and 9:30am. We will be waiting by the bike stands by the entrance to the car park. Please make sure that your child's teacher has seen them and has ticked them off the register list.
Your child should wear clothing - including a coat - suitable for the weather, which at the moment is forecast to be rainy. They should wear school uniform with comfortable shoes.
They should bring a backpack or similar bag with them, that they can carry on their back, leaving their hands free. They will be carrying their bag for the whole day. In their bag they must have their packed lunch, water to last them the whole day and two snacks packed separately from their packed lunch so they are easy to access. These snacks must be easily eaten in a few minutes, so no family bags of crisps please!
We aim to arrive back at Epping Station between 4-4:15pm. We will wait at the bike shelter. Please make your child's teacher aware that you are taking your child, so they know they have been safely collected and removed from the register list. Thank you.
