Dear Year 5 and 6 Parents/Carers,
We are very excited about our trip to The Imperial War Museum tomorrow (Thursday 5th November). Please make sure your child comes dressed appropriately for the time of year, wearing school uniform, a coat and comfortable shoes.
You should drop them at Epping station between 8:45-9am.Please ensure you check your child in with their class teacher.
Your child should have a packed lunch and two small snacks that easily reachable, as well as sufficient water for the day. These should all be packed in a rucksack or bag they can wear on their back, leaving their hands free.
Packed lunches and snacks should adhere to our school policy and be completely nut-free.
Please DO NOT send any money with your child as we will not be visiting the shop.
We should arrive back by 3:45pm, please collect your child from their teacher at the station. If we are running late, you will be advised on the jotter app.
We will next be sending details on Jotter regarding Year 5&6 football club taking place tomorrow morning before the trip.
